At What If, we offer exciting opportunities for college students and recent grads who want to develop relevant skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Our interns gain real, meaningful work experience and knowledge of our industry.
What If creates, owns and operates a variety of consumer interest websites. Each month, millions of users come to its sites, register for the content, and then interact with targeted questions and advertisements designed by its advertising clients.
As a result of this consumer engagement, the company builds databases of consumers who have actively expressed an interest in particular products or services, and it also drives consumer traffic to client designated web pages.
Our paid internship program is a fantastic learning and development opportunity. Our interns, with lessons and guidance, become proficient in using SQL Runner and Looker to help optimize advertisement offers to achieve the highest revenue. Some examples of tasks involve pulling different data sets from the Looker database and using those reports to optimize different revenue streams.
From here interns analyze offer performance over different periods of time, A/B sequence testing to find ways to improve offer performance in a path, and sift through data sets to see how What If can better target specific offers to different demographics. After completing a project or a task, the reports are submitted directly to the CEO and CRO and interns are then included in the decision making process of what to do with the findings.
